    • Transfer to Another Person: You can transfer your webinar registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar with the name and contact information of the new attendee.
    • Reschedule to a Different Date: If you provide us with more than 24 hours' notice, we can help you reschedule your webinar registration for the next available date at no extra charge. Simply contact our support team, and we will assist you in selecting a suitable date.

Physical Products

  1. Refunds and Returns for Physical Products: For physical products purchased through Provider Marketing, we are pleased to offer a refund or return within 30 days of your purchase if you are not completely satisfied with your item. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
